Student Assessment Management System
Assessment and Examination system supports the registration of students' assessment, examination results and qualifications. The database maintained by this system, usually contains data concerning student activities and results.
In addition to the above it will provide management information regarding the progress of students, percentage of students graduated, attendance information for a subject, drop out rate and results per subject or semester wise both offline and online.
Functional Feature
- Assessment Administration - SMS provides the tutor to view the list of students registered for the subject. Based on the assessment performance, tutor can assign marks to the student and keep track of their performance.
- Examination Scheduling - SMS provides a comprehensive examination scheduling for the university to schedule the examination based on the staff and exam room availability. It will have the following details.

- Room capacity
- Examination timings.
- Examination date.
- Overlapping of examination hall, invigilator and examination date can be closely monitored.
- Examination Result -
Results can be entered for the student based on the subjects and the CGPA can be calculated based on the grade points defined in the system. Results can be sent to the students via E-Mail, which can also be viewed by the students through the Internet using the Student Portal System.
Student CGPA will be calculated automatically based on the student marks and the grade setting made in the system. Deficiency point will be calculated based on the CGPA and the academic status of the student (Good / Probation / Warning / Dismissed) will be set based on this point. Student can improve the efficiency in his studies to improve the status based on this information.
