SCORPIO Claims Advances module automates the processing of Staff Claims Advances. Advances disbursed are tracked against the claimant and claims made against it. Advances and Claims may be classified into either Travel or Miscellaneous expense categories. This helps prevent the use of funds for other than the intended purposes.

• Record the details of advances, which may be split into their anticipated expenses and values, and may be further, allocated to project codes.


• Automatically create a Cash Book Payment record for approved advances and claims (where claim advance).
